FAVORITE PRODUCTS? Foundry Nation Recovery Stick I love how fast acting and affordable the FN Recovery Stick is! I send a stick a month back home to my grandparents in Iowa and they call it their “duct tape” since it’s holding their bodies today. Modest & Co. Candles (especially Yeti!) – NOTHING can trap a scent like this candle. Between my cats and my herbs, I can always count on my apartment smelling the best when I have one of their candles lit.

FAVORITE MIDWEST SAYING? “Welp I suppose” while slapping my thighs and standing up to indicate that I’m about to start the Midwestern Goodbye (I won’t actually leave until an hour later lol)

WHY I LOVE TL? My favorite thing is the level of care and quality put into helping our customers. It’s an amazing feeling having a customer come back telling you how much you’ve improved their situation. Whether it’s aiding in a good nights sleep, pain management, or helping kick cigarettes. I come from the healthcare industry, and it’s amazing to see I’m helping just as many people with a more holistic approach.

The young lady was well educated, and helped to dumb it down to my level of Anse or lack of knowledge, and I mean that for fun. She was wonderful and helpful. She did mention that I should consider using, which will help expedite the use of CBD and a little THC through a gummy as opposed to waiting. Alcohol is different the more fat and food you have, the longer it takes to feel intoxication. I did mention to her if I would have a pass as there’s enough fat on me and she laughed and made me crack up for the day. Outstanding customer service. Thanks for the education. Prices are kinda high for ejuice but so is everything nowadays…be sure to sign up for point program to offset cost. Customer service is supreme. Each staff member is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

Got a new mod new addy coils for it and juice. All were good. First time went in there must’ve the guys first week or something and grabbed the wrong coils on accident. Came back to tell them what happened and they returned them. Good thing I kept the receipt otherwise every other receipt I throw away but kept that one👍

This has got to be one of, if not, THE best smoke shop in Madison. I’m a semi-regular and the staff are such consistently brilliantly knowledgeable and friendly. They’re helpful, welcoming and hard working. I've honestly never had a negative experience here at the west location off of University.Their products are great, their promotions are fantastic, but above all else, their staff are just beyond phenomenal. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty ❤️

Awesome shop located super conveniently on University Avenue near the hospital bay. It's on multiple bus routes and there is a bike path nearby, so it's easy to get to no matter your method of transportation.The staff is very knowledgeable. I have not had a recommendation from Bailey or Emily that wasn't right up my alley! The products are all high-quality and third-party tested. I love the selection of incense and the variety of methods available for CBD products. There are edibles, flower, vapes and cartridges, tinctures, beverages, and topicals.
